Devyn Devyn had lots to celebrate this Spring, as did many 17 and 18 year olds here and around the country. She graduated without a graduation. She bought a prom dress and had no prom to wear it to and she wanted a senior portrait session to remember it all. Her mother asked me to make it all happen in a very special photo session. What a wonderful morning we had too. Hair and makeup done for prom photos in her gorgeous dress. A cute outfit picked out for some casual shots and her cap and gown ready to go along with signs congratulating her on graduating from Wando High School. VIEW POST
The Woods Family The pleasure was all mine on Monday afternoon when I got to meet and photograph the Woods family at their home in Carolina Bay. They are a lively bunch and I was amazed at how they have been keeping things running during this time of staying home. With four children and both working full time jobs, life is full and then some! So we chose to take a few photos being "active" since that is what they know and love VIEW POST
A Charleston Elopement Ashley contacted me a few weeks ago about the possibility of getting married at the beach. Unfortunately, the beaches remain closed due to the COVID pandemic. With the possibility of many more weeks of this, she and Joshua decided not to wait any longer and to have their ceremony downtown. I was honored to perform their sweet ceremony keeping to social distancing rules (of course) and to wish them a world of happiness and blessings. You can't stop love! Thank you Ashley and Joshua for asking me to officiate for you. It was the highlight of my week. Congratulations VIEW POST
The Miller Family This is the last session I shot before the stay at home order due to COVID-19. The Miller's are the second family I have met for the cover of the Carolina Bay Magazine. Such a super sweet little family and I am loving this opportunity to explore some of Carolina Bay! VIEW POST
