Fitness Saturday Morning

The group started the day with a yummy buffet breakfast followed by a morning stretch given by the Fitness Editors,Denise and Lindsey.

Then it was off to the morning workouts! From 9am to 12:30 the group had their choice of activities including yoga, a three mile beach run and walk, cardio tennis, pilates, beach boot camp and beach volleyball.
